housing

Living with your peers is an essential part of your collegiate experience. Moving into our campus residence halls or off-campus apartments creates memorable living and learning experiences for students who come from communities beyond Great Falls.

If you are living away from home for the first time, it can be challenging. You are likely to experience the mixed emotions of excitement and anxiety. The aim of the residence life staff is to make that transition from home to campus life as easy and as comfortable as possible for you. With a live-in Residence Hall Director and student resident assistants, you’ll soon make university housing your new home.

We understand that students who live on campus come from many different backgrounds. They have different belief systems and behave in ways that take some getting used to. With time, patience and understanding, even the most diverse roommates can become life-long friends. Residence Life staff strive to create communities that embrace unique individuals and all members of our university.

Campus residence halls for first-year students are
Emilie Hall and Providence Hall, located at the northeast end of campus.

Campus resident apartments for sophomores, juniors, and seniors are the new apartments, Sikora Hall, which were constructed in 2009 and are located at the southwest end of campus.

Off-campus apartments for upper-class students are the
University Villa Apartments and Lincoln Heights Apartments.
