campus safety

Your safety is among our first priorities at the University of Great Falls. We have professional security staff, live-in Resident Hall Directors and student Resident Assistants to provide you a safe place in which to live and learn.

Our security staff is screened, hired and trained by Securitas, Inc. Securitas has offices in more than 30 countries and employs more than 250,000 people worldwide. Here in Great Falls, the Office Manager works directly with the Vice President for Student Development and the Director of the Physical Plant to respond to our campus safety needs and to your particular security concerns.

If you reside in our residence halls, you will find that our Residence Life Staff is on duty to assist and serve you 24 hours per day, seven days a week. Residence Hall Directors keep regular office hours during the day and are available via a cellular phone call at night. Resident Assistants do evening rounds to assure that the halls are quiet, comfortable and safe. The campus Security Officer can be reached via cellular phone in the event of an emergency. You will find that our campus is a safe and friendly place.
