UGF Promotes Zazenski To Head Men's Soccer Coach
Great Falls, MT – University of Great Falls Interim Athletic Director Arunas Duda has announced that Paul Zazenski has been named the second head coach in the history of the Argonaut men’s soccer program. Zazenski takes over for Tim Brooks who announced his intentions to leave UGF on January 29 to accept the head coaching position at Spring Hill College in Mobile, AL. Zazenski served as Brooks’ lead assistant this past season, helping the Argos to a program record 15 wins against only five losses while advancing to the finals of the 2009 NAIA Unaffiliated/Independent Conference Tournament. UGF's Brooks Moving On To Spring Hill College
Great Falls, MT – University of Great Falls Interim Athletic Director Arunas Duda announced today that men’s soccer coach Tim Brooks has accepted an offer from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama to the same position. Brooks will join former University of Great Falls Athletic Director Jim Hall who left the Electric City in October of 2009 to become Spring Hill’s Director of Athletics. More>

Three Argos Earn Soccer All-Conference Accolades
Great Falls, MT – The Unaffiliated Conference All-Conference Men’s Soccer Team has been announced with the University of Great Falls represented by senior defender Ivan Valencia (Compton, CO/Long Beach City College), junior defender Jesus Mendez (Bonners Ferry, ID/Bonners Ferry High School) and sophomore forward Ryan O’Neil (Arima, Trinidad/James Madison University). These three led the Argo soccer program to its most successful season ever, finishing at 15-5-0 and reaching the finals of the Unaffiliated Conference Tournament. More>

Bruins Best Argo Soccer In Tournament Championship
Omaha, NE – The University of Great Falls men’s soccer team has been cashing in their scoring opportunities all year long. Today, against the host and #1-seeded Bellevue University Bruins, they picked a bad day to go through a scoring drought as Bellevue scored a 2-0 win to claim the championship of the Midlands Collegiate Athletic Conference-Dakota Athletic Conference-Frontier Conference Independent Tournament and the automatic bid to the NAIA National Tournament that goes with it at Omaha’s Tranquility Park. Argo Men's Soccer To Play For Nationals Berth
Omaha, NE – The #3-seeded University of Great Falls Argonauts scored a hard fought 1-0 victory today over Frontier Conference rival Westminster College at Tranquility Park in the semifinal round of the Midlands Collegiate Athletic Conference-Dakota Athletic Conference-Frontier Conference Independent Men’s Soccer Tournament. The Argos improve to 15-4-0 on the season as they knock off the Griffins for the second time in three meetings this season. More>
