Fun, fellowship, and Argo pride!

That's what your Alumni Office is here to support. Throughout the year, we will be hosting a wide variety of events to help you keep in touch with former classmates and with the University. We will update event information as it becomes available. So, check back often. Let us know how we're doing and what kinds of activities you'd like to see in the future. And, of course, don't forget to register for events and to visit campus whenever you're in the area.

Annual Buddy Cobb Memorial Beef Raffle

The Alumni Office at the University of Great Falls is once again holding the Buddy Cobb Memorial Beef Raffle. The Cobb Charolais Ranch, Inc. of Augusta continues the tradition, which Buddy Cobb began in 1976, of donating a Charolais beef to benefit students at our University. The Cobb family believes in our mission and the quality of education that we provide.

A maximum of 300 tickets will be sold for one “true quarter” of Charolais beef, cut and wrapped, with four chances to win. Tickets for the raffle are $15.00 each or two for $25.00. The yearling Charolais beef is extra lean, tender and hormone-free.

Proceeds from this raffle benefit students at the University of Great Falls through the Alumni Association Scholarship Fund. Scholarships are one of the most fundamental and practical means of helping students achieve their dream of attaining higher education.

The raffle drawing will be held April 26, 2010. Remember, you have four chances to win! If you’d like to purchase tickets, please contact Nicole Langley at (406) 791-5290 or nlangley01@ugf.edu.
