I was born in Idaho and have lived in Great Falls almost all my life. As a young kid, I had a fascination with automobiles and, in particular, how to make them more efficient. That interest, along with computerized engine controls and a great high school computer teacher, sparked my interest in computers. Prior to my coming to the University of Great Falls, I was employed in the automotive industry, where I remained fascinated with automobile computers and electronic engine controls. Since coming to the University, I have focused on computer hardware, software and networking. I enjoy working with students and staff, helping them to understand the broad field of computers.
In the past few years I have received my Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, Microsoft Certified Professional, and Microsoft Certified Trainer designations.
